أوصي مستويات منخفضة جدا من النيكوتين . في الشيشة ليس هناك الكثير من النيكوتين . يجب أن تبدأ من الصفر أو ثلاثة أو ستة . و أي أكثر من المرجح أن تكون غير مريحة .
