I was on the forums and I came across an intriguing battery the Sony SE US18650VTC3.

It's a 3.7V 1600mah Battery that's supposed to have a lower resistance and be capable of 30Amps.

I was a little worried about it until I read that Sony manufactured it to collapse if it shorts.

I was very intrigued and went to Ebay and bought a set which arrived today. fasttech also carries it [Learned Later]

This Video is the results of a quick test.

Your not mad that it's equal to ice, are you?
Us patriotic Americans like American nic :D
And I would be more worried about the batteries :p
:D I'll let the forum know how these batteries perform at 35 watts. :)

As for silly posts about being careful, I never did listen to my Mama :D

I am glad to see more of these batteries becoming available.
Fasttech also has one of the Samsung INR's available. It's not the 20A, but the 15A model.

Maybe sometime in the near future someone will see what happens to each during a hard short. The AW's are the only ones I've seen in that situation and the manufacturers are pretty secretive about the tech.
