18650 not working /dead

Good day. Ask ko lang if anyone here know how to revive 18650 batt? I put it in the wrong way accidentaly and when i hold the mod its so hot, i had to use towel and removed the batt, the wrap melts. And after it cools down. I tried to vape it each batt at a time, one is not working. Anyone would like to help?

and ... get a mod that has reversed-battery protection
