wanted to add that wk 3 day 4 training I tried to be a little more braver.. 35 minute run,, and tried to
throw in 4.mph runs as long as I could longest was 10 minute straight... am definitely moved up from slug speed to snail... broke the 2.5 mile mark on that run..
Today is
Wk 4 day 1 tempo run.... Have to turn off the air conditioner in the training room its doubling as Arka's Polar Bear Room for the summer... but way to cold for me to run in.... He not happy to hear the click turning off the air conditioner,, but he'll live... spoiled fluffy puppy
