20700 mods

Anyone know of any clone 20700 mechs out that are good seems like some of the new ones coming out are 18750/20700 will the 20700 fit in any of the older mods?

I haven't tried yet.
I should probably grab some batteries and see.
Im sure some mods will work, just not sure exactly which ones will accept those and not tear wrappers.

I don't think you will get a 20700 battery to fit in an 18650 mech because,the 18's are 65mm long (shorter) than the 20700 at 70mm in length. The 20700 batteries would not allow the bottom cap to tighten or catch threads.
EDIT : The 18650's are only 18mm thick compared to the 20700 at 20mm thick ,they would not go in the mod at all.

I was dead set on the soi subzeroX then I started seeing this mod...now I'm torn between the two. Lol. Plus they're both the same price too

I have a few mods that will most likely hold one.
I bet my Chi-You and King would.
Definitely would handle the length.
2mm isn't alot, and most mods with battery rattle adjustment will move more than 5mm to accommodate the extra length.


Either way this is a great excuse for me to go to Harbor Freight tomorrow and buy a set of digital calipers.

The one on the right is made by Kindbright. AE Duke, it has the shortest throw of any of my mods. I'll clean it tomorrow and make a thread with breakdown pics. It also has a button lock.

I checked and 3f didn't list Kindbright as the manufacturer.
The Sebone is an awesome mod, the button is recessed, its easier to change the battery from the top.

Yea 3F usually lists it as Kindbright if it is. I occasionally buy from a person on Feebay who does quite a bit of Kindbright clones, has the Sebone, and claims it is some small new start-up maker but very well done, who knows....

Really wish the China vendors would just list manufacturer, especially when it is one of the better ones, though 3F, and others are getting a little better about that.

Ya I'm thinking I'm done with buying high cost mods kinda getting old paying that much I'm going to get some kindbright new with the clone game who makes the best clone box mods

I like 3D printed mods & would like to build a dual 20700 with a DNA250,that could hold a 30mm atty
