3 days and VTC Dual clock broken already.

I've had my Evic VTC dual 3 days and the RTC clock is stuck at 0s. I've tried different firmware but it looks to be broken. Supposedly this is a common problem and yet I find no mention of it anywhere. Is there a fix?

This is great because 6 months ago I bought a vtwo mini which has now started misfiring. Trying to look up where to buy a replacement microswitch meets answers like "buy a new one". Sure... a $40+ device is soooo cheap over a $2 switch. Either way, this is what it gets you.

If you only did upgrades so far, what about resetting to factory conditions? Reboot factory settings guide for eVic
