It's been 8 months since I last posted here but thought I would update my status. All is going well and when I do think about smoking even if it's how well I'm doing without them i really don't want to or have the urge to smoke anymore. To all you people just starting out keep at it and it only gets easier. I'm sub ohming now and maybe that has something to do with it. If you feel like it's not working for you then maybe up your game with some better gear. I only vape 9mg nicotine like this i buy an18 mg juice and cut it 50 50 with glycerin from the chemist only 1.50 a bottle and lasts weeks. Loads of nice thick vapour . Anyway best of luck to all you newcomers and just hang in there. You will succeed if you persist.
