Any lead free solder will not wet as well as 60/40 and so can have a tendency to ball up instead of flowing. It will also require more heat due to a higher melting temperature. Key to using it is to make sure surfaces are very clean and free of oxides (this includes your soldering tip if not using hot air) and use flux. Make sure and clean excess flux off with the method recommended for the particular flux you use. Same goes for 60/40 but it is more forgiving.
