But today I insisted on being with the two people I love the most, holed up in my den like a wounded lion.

I have no words that can ease your loss my friend. I send you my sincerest condolences and warmest embrace from my family to yours. It is always sad to see a parent outlive a child. I could not begin to understand your suffering. But know as you already do that Ecf is one giant family and we are here for you friend.
