The court win for njoy is to be applauded, and even though it's just one battle in what promises to be a long war, the appeal court's 3-0 unanimous decision, together with Judge Leon's previous decision, does send a clear message to interfering, grasping government agencies - one that will reverberate around the world: e-cigarettes are not drug delivery devices, and are harmless until proven otherwise (good luck with that).
We hope the strong legal team who achieved the victory for njoy (and all of us) will be rightfully compensated.
