Eep, this is freaking me out a bit. I just got a bottle of Clove from addictionejuice.com and I really like the flavor. I vaped it all day today in my Minifogger. It's true that there's no throat hit to speak of and I'm skeptical re: the nicotine content but I don't mind because I bought Low and was planning to get a bottle of None if I liked it anyway. But all this talk about weird tastes and "who knows what's in this stuff" has me worried. Do y'all think there's something bad in this e-liquid, or is it just being marketed as nicotine liquid when there's really not any nicotine? If they're just skimping or skipping the nicotine then I wouldn't really mind buying this stuff as None seeing as it's cheaper than Janty or Johnson Creek or what have you, but I also don't want to be vaping god knows what additives. And I don't really want to support a vendor that's gypping their customers who actually want nicotine.
We really do not know, but I never have had me anything like this before. There is SOMETHING strange going on. It's not normal. I think they are home brewing this crap. You know how hard suppliers are having with times right now getting their supplies and liquids in and these people pop back up in 2-3 days with a full new stock and a new flavor O the day.

A few months back, I ordered some juice from an ebay seller. The whole sale turned into a nightmare. First off, it seemed like I waited forever for the order. Then when it came, it was ALL wrong! I received 3 bottles of menthol instead of the flavors I ordered.
The seller was quite apologetic....said he would get my correct order right out to me....and for the inconvenience, he refunded my money AND sent me the correct order free of charge. At the time, I thought that was quite generous of him so I didn't make a stink about it.
What followed was worse. He was out of juice, so I had to wait. When it finally shipped, I checked the tracking number and a few days later, it showed it had been delivered to another address in another state!
To try to make a long story short....I finally got my order and as some of you are saying here, it was quite disappointing. It was sorely lacking in taste and absolutely no throat hit. By that time, I was so burned out on it that I just kept it (since it was actually free) and mixed it with some other juices. I never rated the guy on ebay because I really felt the whole thing was just a big mistake...and it really didn't cost me any money...so I just let it go.
Now I ordered from the addiction site too....and afterwards realized it is that same ebay seller I had dealt with. As soon as I saw the post about no throat hit for 36mg (that's what I got too)....and realized it, I wrote him, explained who I was, and basically told him if things hadn't changed since I last bought from him, he was going to have a bunch of unhappy customers on his hands.
Here was his reply: We are really sorry you are having such a bad experience with our company.
We rarely have problems ,especially when it comes to our juice. We hope
everything goes well and we appologize for any inconvienence.
I just received mine today and haven't opened any of them. I am going to wait to see what happens here. What a freakin' nightmare! I hope you other buyers will keep us posted on how it's going with this.

I decided I am going to open one bottle to try (a flavor I haven't tried from them yet). If it's just absolutely unbearable, I'll return the rest and ask for a refund.

Everyone should be very careful about juices, these things can very deadly, remember the last home brewed substances, (Trips?) There are alot of sick people, or just very poor manufacturing skills. Becareful on what your putting into your bodies guys, stick with knowns

Now, I hate to say it, but it is situations like this that are PART of the reason the FDA wants these things proven safe or removed from marketplace. This is my method of testing for nicotine. I taste it. I put a drop on my tongue and if I feel the tingly burn that is unique to nicotine it is present. If I don't it is not. As for strength, I am one of the unfortunate few that get hiccups from nicotine. (That is why I cant chew nicotine gum) I can judge how much nicotine is in the fluid by how bad my hiccups are.
This type of test is what one of my college instructors called The Uncle Iggi Method of Testing. (He was referring to it in the context of if a plant was safe to eat. But it applies here too.)

I bought some super high Root Beer from them. Got it yesterday.
The bottle itself kind of shocked me. It is not a tamperproof bottle. It looks like colored water. I smelled it, smells like Root Beer. I put a drop on my tongue, maybe a teenie tingle.
I was hoping to mix it with JC Vanilla Ice Cream and have a RootBeer Float. I'll still try it and see if I can tell if it has no nic.

I do want to add here that I have been vaping the ones I got from him before with no apparent harmful effects. Also, I noticed he has continued to be OOS. He's probably waiting to see what happens here. I honestly wish I knew a way to get the juice tested, not mainly because I think he put something harmful in it, but just to know if there is any nic in it. The guy would be a complete fool to tamper with it in a dangerous way. I mean, all his sales can be tracked through paypal. He'd have to be a complete idiot to take that chance.

I placed a double order with him for $45 & $25, and it was a combined in one shipping. I just asked for a refund via Paypal for only the $45 amount. I agree that I do not feel any throat hit, but his juice is really really tasty. So, I feel $25 is worth the 9 bottles I bought from him. I think I will buy some unflavored 36mn nic, and I will have some awesome juice. My only concern is, I also wish I knew exactly what is in it.
I guess I was not a lucky as some of you that got a refund from him. I just got a response to my Paypal claim.

He probably did that because he's getting ...... at all the people asking for refunds. He wants to state his case to Pay pal to not give you one. You need to write in the comments for pay pal to notice at home many refunds he's given on this stuff and that there truly IS a problem. Be sure to write as many comments in as you can.
