Airflow Controller under 20mm?

Anyone know of an airflow controller that's under 20mm?
All I've been able to find are 20mm or an old ego "controller"
looking for one about the size of a 510 extender preferably....




otherwise if i can find one that is orange it might work but why's there no small sized ones
