This user group was started 2-3 months ago as a spot where people who are a fan of the JB could gather, share experiences and discuss the JB. Over time it has evolved into much more than that.
There is much second and third hand information being passed around, much of it inaccurate. Sometimes this inaccurate info results in upset members and some overall hard feelings. While I understand that many people are trying to be helpful there are some simple facts that we can no longer ignore:
1. Carlos has not registered as a supplier on ECF. That decision is his to make. But we can no longer allow him to conduct business on this forum, even second and third hand because he does not want to follow the same rules we expect of all suppliers who want to benefit from exposure on ECF.
2. The folks who are acting as a "spokesperson" or "messenger" for Carlos are NOT registered as suppliers or supplier associates on ECF as would normally be required.
While some folks have ordered from Carlos directly (the earliest orders), all subsequent orders have been placed through the alien Visions E-juice site (Porphy). Porphy is a registered supplier. If there is an issue with your JB order, you need to take the matter up with him as the supplier.
If you ordered directly from Carlos, you need to communicate directly with him and not use ECF as the conduit as Carlos has no standing here nor any association with this site.
Therefore, effective immediately, I will not allow anyone to post here who is relaying a message from Carlos, is relaying a conversation with Carlos, or is in any way representing an association with Carlos. Carlos is more than welcome to go through the application and registration process and if approved, speak for himself if he so chooses. If anyone posts in this fashion going forward, you will get 1 warning. If it happens a second time, you will be banned as an unregistered supplier.
It is time this situation was brought under control.
Again, you are welcome to post here if you are discussing your personal experience with the JB, but you cannot do so if you are acting on behalf of or in association with Carlos. Period.
