We are now up to date and all pending orders received over the Xmas/News Year break have now shipped.
Our shipping and processing times have now returned to normal.
For our newer customers, our standard order preparation and dispatch guidelines are: Orders received and paid for by 1pm on a regular working day, are packed and shipped same day for delivery to NZ main service areas, the following day in most cases - rural allow at least another day, sometimes 2.
We were lucky enough to spend sometime in the Coromandel for our break, and we hope you all managed to have some time relax and enjoy our what our summer has to offer.
Before Xmas we had a few issues getting stock into the country and some back up orders for the backups even failed to get to us - most of this stock has now arrived, the list below details the products that have been restocked as of 7-01-2014.
