thinking of getting the IPV6X.. anybody care to share their reviews?

I own an ipv 6X and have mixed feelings about it. The form factor is fantastic, as is the fit and finish. Unfortunately it is not without its issues.

• There is no way to lock the buttons, even though the manual says that you can
  
• The reverse polarity protection does not work, but supposedly this is fixed in newer batches
  
• The 316 TC preset is way too cold
• The TCR function does not work at all

There is a recall to fix/replace the mods with faulty battery protection, and personally I am hopeful that Pioneer4You is able to fix the other issues with a firmware update.

I really like the device, and it has amazing potential. If they are able to fix the TC issues, I will be purchasing another IPV6x or 2.

Do you use Temperate Control? If so, I recommend waiting.
Do you only use variable wattage? If so, the mod is great

TC doesn't work at all when manually entering TCR. The form factor is nice looks like YiHi have stole the design for there new mods

It's a paper weight for me as I only vape NiFe30, 48 and SS430.
