I have to adjust the positive screw on my Heron a few times a day. I'll be puffing on it and then nothing...no vapor. I don't know if this is a known issue with this unit or particular to my Heron.

No man. Only thing I can think of is your battery is changing.
I noticed on my Panzer that sometimes I'll have to tighten the pin with a fresh battery after I hit it a couple of times. Unless I make it really tight to begin with.

We haven't any report of such issue till now.
Is your positive screw loose somehow?
Is the insulator of the 510 connector loose?
Is the dent of the positive screw rough and it catches on the 510 connection of your mod and unscrews during use?
With what mod you use Heron? What kind of 510 connection has your mod, pin, screw, is it smooth?
