I just drip with mine (at 6v), and the Chuck is great because it has a reservoir for all the leakage.

I put a tiny amount of loosely wadded up wool batting (bought it at a craft store) in the bottom, typically two small "wads" tucked down with a toothpick to more or less go all around the bridge. Helps to soak up excess and stop leakage (a tiny bit).

I put about 8 drops in, then put a mouthpiece on (no cart), and it lasts maybe an hour before I add more.

For 3.7v, I just use a 510 atty. I tried using a high-resistance 510 at 6v, but I kept burning them out. So during the day I use either plain 510s or a 510 in my Chuck, and in the evenings and mornings (when I want extra nicotine) I use the 801.

Tip: If you find yourself unscrewing the 801 but leaving the adapter in (assuming you use an adapter), you can often get it out by screwing the atty back on, then pushing down hard against the Chuck while unscrewing.
