Anyone used Vapor Intelligent

They have twitter, Facebook etc. Lots of followers, likes ,and the reviews on the site itself seem like people are happy with them. They won't reply to my emails, Facebook messages, I've tweeted them. I've tried calling during their supposed business hours and it just kept ringing.

I always check reviews and see what people say about them. Even searching their name, it comes up on ECF for coupons and I've seen one other post saying they are really good.

I made a pre order purchase with them a cpl days ago, and I wanted to be able to actually speak with someone one way or another because I have questions. Its just no one will reply. I'm starting to feel I'm gonna be screwed over. Its seems their twitter and Facebook are automated because its updating all the time but no time to reply to me.

Anyone dealt with them?

This is really bothering me now.. can anyone just add coupons to ECF or dont they have to be certified or something? This is just starting to look and feel like a scam.

I'll get to the bottom of it either way. I'm emailing other b&M's in Santa Ana ,CA asking for assistance and if they know anything. Bad enough dealing with he government.

Alright well I was finally replied too today. They apologized a lot. For whatever reason they said someone who takes care of all that wasn't around. A big load off my mind and I can be done ranting now.
