I just ran a voltage drop test and I am pleased with the results.

I used my oldest most worn out battery for the test. It was a freshly charged lg he2 that is about a yr old and the test was done with manta v2 at .35ohms.

Avion no load voltage was 4.17 and load voltage was 3.65. For a net drop of .52v

Two of my other mods I did the same test with came in at .89 and .91.

I also tested drop with a almost new 25r in the Avion and got a .54 drop

As a note both of my "other mods" are both fairly long in the tooth as well so YMMV. No deoxit or noalox used on any of the mods ever.

Some of my materials arrived today and I got a good start on the first production mod today[emoji1] still waiting on switch parts and bottles yet but they all should be here hopefully by week end.

I have a few ideas but haven't tried any of them yet. my aim is to keep it simple to keep the cost down so that most anyone can afford the price.

I have been just sliding the top cap up a 1/8 inch or so to disengage battery. I just slide cap up and shake. If I hear battery rattling I know it's disconnected. Primative but effective.[emoji57]

No worries. These will be slow coming out as I am doing them in my spare time an hour or two each evening.

It is a Manta V2 and chowderhead has them. I believe he just got a bunch of authentic ones in l.
