I keep seeing ads for Provari tube mods in the hundreds of dollars !
Are they that good ?
They are only 20 W max mods.
They are all that and a bag of chips. Not all of them are limited to 20 watts. The P3 and Procyon both went higher, and were over $100 even when ProVape was closing down. I don't remember what the top range was for the Classic was.

Classic did 15 watts and 4.5 amp limit, regular ProVari's were 15 watt and 3.5 amp limit.

Yes. It was just before they checked out.

I suppose if I held onto them for a while longer, I might get $200.

Just as long as I don't use them too much. Plus, I am holding 2 beauty rings.

    Wow ! $20
They were blowing them out the door for probably less than what they had in them for parts before closing, it was a real fire sale...back in the day a ProVari tube mod was about 160-180$, the 160$ was when they had a few blems for sale.

If you vape sub 15 watts (20 for the P3) then a Provari 2/2.5 is the best tube mod ever made. Bulletproof.
If you vape over 15 watts or use sub ohm coils then the Provari 2/2.5 is a complete waste of time.

As a fan of ProV i consider them the pinacle of engineering as far as vaping devices go. My guess is that it will be a long time before any manufacturer puts as much consideration into the overall fit, finish and durability into a mod that ProV did. Which is a shame.
