Without much searching, I found your kit for $36

I didn't catch that you were in Turkey, my bad, that does change things!
I have the Pico and love it, it's a rock solid, feature rich device. It has the potential to do a lot more than I'll probably need it to do. I really like mine!
The Mello on the other hand seems to be loved or hated and not much in between! I've never used one so I've no comment on it.
As for the price, I can get the kit for around $30 online and around $60 locally, so I'd say for your situation $70 probably isn't a terrible price. Sorry!
If you are short on $$, I would recommend a device that uses the same coils. There is also a rebuildable coil called CLR for that device if you decide to do that to save.

I have 6 spare coils now for eGo One. It is sensible infact. I don't know.
At the same time i desire a box with oled screen which will be costly: Extra batteries, extra charger, and extra spare coils...

Just consider the tank and mod two separate things. Any of the tanks will work on any box mod.
