Today I realized, even though I am out of work for the week and sitting here helping out those that I can, today marks the big 100 days of NO SMOKING!!!!!!! I owe a lot of you people here a GREAT BIG THANK YOU for all the support and help along the way. Day by day, it really does get easier. To many more days/years/decades of no smoking to all of you.

Congrats! Sometime this month I hit the 6month mark! I am stoked but stopped tracking it because it does not matter to me, ill never go back to smoking.
