Hi everyone! I have gone over the rules over and over and am curious about something. Is it against the rules to link a PIF-Small Item Swap post in another ECF thread?

One of my posts was deleted for this reason but I cannot find the rule ANYWHERE and I'm very confused. Thanks!

I'm about to send out my first Treasure Chest PIF and I am not sure how to clean my rbas, drip tips, and clearomizers so that they are nice and clean and sparkly for their new owners?

A hot water rinse followed by a vodka rinse should do the trick. Pure grain alcohol would be best, but it's not available everywhere, and vodka will work well. Congrats on making your first TC!

I don't have any alcohol in the house (not even rubbing alcohol). maybe some irish whiskey, but I am not "cleaning" with that heh! lol.

Will it be ok if I simply use a hot water rinse?

and do I just air dry the parts?

lol, I feel like such a slob I need to start cleaning my gear now that I have "graduated" to rda's! meep!

A good hot water rinse should do just fine. I'd shake things out and dry them off. Seeing as I once got half filled cartos and clearos in a trade, I think that your washed Treasure Chest will be happily welcomed!

Depends in the item - some items don't really devalue much, I.e. kayfun clones, etc. - the only guide we can go by is msrp. A used ce4 on the other hand doesn't hold it's retail value.

I got another question for y'all. If I want to withdraw an item I posted for trade or swap do I email a mod (I should've asked before emailing a mod earlier, my apologies for that) and ask them to delete my post or do I reply to my own post and say it's no longer available?

I put electrical tape over the ends then bubble wrap them individually.
