Aspire Vivi Nova BDC Tank....

I received my Aspire Vivi Nova BDC tank today from NHaler.com. The build quality looks to be quite good...even though my iClear 30 is heavier which may be mostly due to the metal drip tip. The tanks and two end caps are pretty much equal in build quality I would say.
The Aspire came in plain wrapping without a box. No extra heads included. It did come with the new version head. The new version having only 2 holes instead of 4. It's a 1.8 Ohm head.

Most importantly....it vapes amazingly well and I'm simply using it on a basic non VV battery.

I'd highly recommend trying an Aspire out. They come in 4 styles and are very affordable. The replacement heads come in a 5 pack for $13.

I haven't seen these for sale anywhere else....so if you find them elsewhere let me know please. I like to have options for buying replacement heads if possible.

I got mine in today as well. I dig it! Works very well, I did have to pull my center pin a bit to get it firing, but no leaks or gurgles. Vapes like a champ!

Check out pbusardos video if you haven't already. He discusses this. Could be a couple of things. Air flow or old model with 4 holes.

No issues with tasting plastic or anything? I have a number of iClear 16 and 30's and switched to ProTanks. I switched over to the ProTanks because I was getting a weird taste from the iClears after a day or so of vaping. Haven't had that issue since switching, not really wanting to get that issue back but really interested in the Aspire BDC tanks.

You know I'm wondering if the aspires work better with thicker juice. It seems the people that are having flooding issues are running higher percentages of PG. does that sound right to anyone?

I've run it with a 50/50 and a 70/30 and it's worked fine. In pbusardo's video he mentioned that if you have it on a device that cuts the airflow off a little it can create pressure causing it to flood. Maybe that's the issue. I think these work great for an easy on-the-go option.

I run it with 50/50, no flooding or leaking. I'm using it on an iTaste MVP @ 3.8 volts and have not had any off taste, burnt, or dry hits.

After running mine now for about a month I've really liked it. The only issue I have is the center pin is mushy and gets pushed in very easily. It's easy to fix though so it hasn't been an issue.

in Pbusardo's video you can watch him take apart some of the heads, doesn't really look like it could be rebuildable. Kind of a complicated design.
