Agreed! I won't be happy until I personally produce the same results with my KF5.

I can come right out and say that despite this start with the KF5, I still like it better than my KF4. Even if svoemesto didn't come out and say they were going to have a solution for MTL. Lol. That KF4 and me did not get along from the start.

I passed on the K4. I owned KFLs and I didn't see near enough advantages to the K4 to warrant spending $360 on two K4's to replace my KFLs. Never regretted that decision.

I just think I'm gonna have to use 26g instead of 28g, and higher power than my 18350 mode P3 can offer.
Enter the Radius.
Soon to be ordered.
The airflow is too high for my weakling 1.0 ohm coil at 10 watts. Bottom line.
I think you can keep the 28g and just up the wattage. 28g is fine in the 1.3 range up to 25 watts. I'm vaping the km3 fully open with 28g and about 23 watts and it's beautiful. If you increase to 26g you may need to increase wattage more then you need to.

I too am noticing less vapor production on the 5 as compared to the 3. It's good and all, and most likely will improve with some tweaks but at this point KM3>K5.
Probably more airflow equals less vapor for mtl, but more vapor for direct lung inhales. A tweak might be to get the coil to heat faster, either less coil mass or more power or air restriction.

I threw it on my Radius, put the boost on the second level, and it's mint. I really love that Radius. The boost makes a noticeable difference. Thanks @vapdivrr. The thinnest wire I have is the 28 and I don't like using 30.

I was going to mention the boost feature, good move

Busy day today... I'll get it up and running later tonight. I'm not as worried about the added airflow, it might actually work out great for me, I'm somewhere in between MTL and DLH... we will find out soon!

I got some Triple Threat in there now and the flavor is outstanding! This K5 has the smoothest airflow I've ever experienced in an RTA. And I'm actually using the stock drip tip for a change

I decided to try Triple Threat in max VG so I can test the wicking, and it's working perfect!

Damn you have a big hand!
Haha - true! 6'7" tall and wear a size 14 on the feet if that helps put it in perspective. I assume the hands are the same ratio as the feet. Too bad the rest of me isn't in proportion ("Buuuuurn!!") . Lol j/K - no comment there.

I grew up next door to a tall family as follows (oldest to youngest):

(Boy 1) 6'2"
(Boy 2) 6'7"
(Boy 3) 7'2"
(Girl 1) 6'2"
(Boy 4) 6'6"
(Boy 5) 7'4"

We all suspected Boy 1 was adopted. :)

WOW! That is a tall family! That 7'4" would make me look short! I've only looked up to a few people in my life.

How the he|| do you even build coils with mitts like that???
No wonder you hate glass tanks! A slight flick from that bunch of bananas at the end of your wrist, and the tank goes flying into the next county!

He was a year younger than me and we paled around. I was a 5'9" freshman in high school and he was like 6'10" at the time. That had to look funny watching us walking down the street. I moved away so I never saw him at 7'4" but that is what they said he topped out at. Said he was taller than his 7'2" brother. The 7'2"er signed to play basketball with (I believe) Arizona State but suffered a career ending injury before his first game. He was a good basketball player. Pretty agile at that height. He played against Dave Corzine (if you remember him in the NBA for a long career) who was at the cross town high school. It was always an even matchup. The 7'4"er also played basketball but was never quite the talent of his older brother. Could you imagine what it cost to feed that family!!

There was a bball player here at North Carolina State who played in the late 70's/early 80's named Chuck Nevitt. He was listed at 7'5" but they say he was taller than that. I saw him at a local Home Depot store and have never seen anyone taller in my life. Having lived next door to bean poles he looked taller than 7'5". It was eye popping.
