I've recently fell in love with mech mods, again. I know the K5 is suitable for lower resistances but does anyone know if the K4 could handle a 1ohm build, vaping around 15 watts? Would the insulator be able to handle that?
In my experience it can.

My daily build on the KF4 is a 1 ohm coil, at 10 watts.

I've played with it at 15 watts, but didn't like the battery life I got.

I've run sub-ohm in my K4 and had no problems, so 1 ohm would be safe.

Tried it at 1ohm with 14 watts. But my usual 12mg nic was WAY too strong. Stomach pains followed. And so did a 'back to normal' 1.4/1.5ohm coil on the P3. Perfect. Lower resistance is not me. Feels like I'm getting force fed. There's something much more relaxing about a slightly higher resistance I think.
