I never used the 1600, I have the 2200mah myself and like them however also every one of my builds is well within the 20A rating. Haven't read anything about those 3000mah but they do look interesting.
The consensus seemed to be that we didn't know what the >3.7V run time was on them and there's the flat versus button top preference question, but AW and RTD are both trustworthy.
I just finished testing the button-top 2200mAh (results not posted yet) and it's really just a 15A battery in my opinion. It runs very, very hot at 20A. I won't be testing the 3000mAh for at least a coupke of days so I can't comment on it yet. The 1600mAh button-top is a good 24A battery though.

I've wholeheartedly switched from flat to button tops now that I use only Reos. I find they fire much better regardless of conductive cleaners and helpers like noalox. A new Samsung 25R would fire 24/25 times, AW button top is 25/25 with a lighter press since the gap is lessened as well between pos and firing pin.
OP it's actually hard to recommend a battery change without knowing what your average and possible builds are going to be just due to discharge rates being different among all those batteries
If those 3000's were button tops I'd buy them in a heartbeat. I never go above 9 amps so the 20 amp limit would be perfect. I so wish they were button tops.
