Bad News About Nicotine...

I was recently diagnosed with Type II diabetes.

It seems that there have been studies done on the effects of nicotine on blood-sugar levels in people with diabetes.

It seems that Nicotine has adverse effects on blood sugar in people with diabetes. I haven't been able to get my blood sugar any lower than 240 for the past week; (they've been over 300 for the most part) after some changes to my diet and also starting a new medication. I will be trying to keep my PV away for a week, to see if that helps.

Eh... I could worry all day long about how the nicotine is bad for me, but there is no way it is worse for me than the cigarettes I was smoking, which I would not of been able to get off of without vaping. Now that I found vaping, I'll stick with my 18mg for a few months. Once I get completely 100% comfortable, I will lower my nicotine intake.

Besides... I have like 6 bottles of ejuice that is 18mg right now, so I gotta finish that off first
