Bad taste when vaping (not burnt taste)

I have a set up of Tesla Nano 120w with Signos Attomizer (i think this is locally made here in the Philippines), my coil (spaced coil) is a stainless steel 0.5 used 8 wraps/loops for this one, and my resistance is around 0.2ohms. I dont know what the problem is, but the taste seems off, tastes like metal or oil i csnt explain it really, its between the two.

I have tried:
-changing wire from ss to kanthal, from kanthal to ss.

-checked if the coil is touching where it isn't supposed to be touching

-cleaned my atty, i put it in hot water with liquid dishwashing soap for 40mins

I am fairly new to vaping so i don't know what to do.

This is the first time it happened, i have changed my coil my self and it doesn't happen till i tried switching from kanthal to ss this morning.

It's ruining my experience please help.

How many watts are you feeding your build?
How are you wicking it?
Does it glow evenly before wicking?
What is the ID of your coil(s)?
Are both the SS wire and the Kanthal wire 24AWG? (.5)
What grade of SS do you have?

Did you anneal the wire and do a dry burn before wicking the coil?

Are you confident that the wicking material isn't contaminated?

Have you changed flavors and/or the PG/VG ratio?

These are the only things I can think of, since you cleaned out the tank.

I used TC 260DEG CELCIUS.
I wick it by spreading the cotton i will use unti its thin enough and then ill roll it like a joint, until i can put the cotton in the coil without too much resistance from the cotton.
Yes it does glow evenly before i wick.
What is ID? Is it the number after SS316? IF SO im not sure. When i bought it, it only says SS 0.5 and I didn't had the chance to ask the seller because my friend bought it.
Yes both kanthal and ss is 0.5.
I have no idea what is "grade" when it comes to SS wire

I dont know if my cotton is not contaminated, but it is stored inside a little plastic and i never out it out unless i need to wick.

Yes i did changed juice, i even tried one juice for one set of wick then another juice for one set of wick to see if it's the juice. Still the same taste. I tried 3 diff juice.

I don't know what you mean by anneal, but yes i did dry burn the wire. I let the wire glow and then I'll put it on water then i will do that multiple times, still no effect.
