One would think there would be a way to prove age. Do 13-18 year olds have credit cards? Wouldn't the
parent(s) KNOW when the bill comes that these are vaping products? I just can't fathom that there are that many underage children purchasing these products on line. But I grew up in a different era. These people have no clue what vaping has done for adults who needed an alternative. So sad. Sorry for all of you.

Interesting. Sounds like a big windfall for local vape shops and as far as finding backers to fight it, count them out I suppose. Also ensures that Utah residents will pay state, county and city sales tax on all vape products. Clever .......s.
