General e-cigarette brands sell cheap junk for maximum price. Two different attitudes to the product.
After that, personal taste counts.

I really enjoy aroma ejuice red tail line. Snicker doodle and vanilla splash and grape ape.
I also like alice in vapelands. Twas brillig and white rabbit and April moon and buckle my shoeberry
Coval vapes has some good ones. Churros is good
Mister e liquid is a good budget brand. I love dime piece.

It also depends on your set up and vg/pg ratio.

depends on you, what are you looking for....yes everyone has their own opinions as to what and why but it'd be a bit easier if you gave an idea of what you were looking for flavor wise to point you in the right direction and price wise....

The best juice I've found for me, is my own DIY eliquids! I can customize them in every way to exactly suit my own tastes, the nic strength I want, how strong the flavors are, how sweet they are, and the PG/VG ratio. Once I started making my own, I wished I'd started much sooner than I did!

I'm going on well over 7 years maybe even 10ish and I couldn't answer that question if I tried. The best I ever found for me was from a company based out of Oklahoma who went out of business, but unless you like fruits and the same flavor level etc as me you might have hated it.

Truth is unless you DiY or get lucky you will be looking for that unicorn forever.
