Sorry, but there is no substitute for a few good monitors and and IBM model M keyboard, and those require a desk. Moreover using a yoga ball instead of a chair will go a long way toward curing that hunched-over feeling.

Oh I can see it now, ST balancing on a yoga ball with HRH in the background with her knitting needles in hand fast approaching. Priceless! (no emoji yet designed for said thought)
