Quick update.....

It's slow goin' today. I've been having some issues with my back, for about a month now.

I even bought an inversion table about 2 weeks ago. At first, it seemed like it was helping, but today is pretty bad.

I'm working for like 10 minutes, then inverting for about 5, then working for 10 minutes then sittin' in my easy chair for 10.......

800mg's of ibuprofen is takin' the edge off, but it's still pretty rough.

Makes sense though, never heard of a bat going to the chiropractor

I was in the hospital about 10 years ago with it, wife had to call the ambulance to get me out of the bed. I try to take it easy and go the ibuprofen route as well, my liver may fall apart but at least it won't hurt so bad when it does

I know what you mean. I had to have a disc removed, back in '03. Ain't been right since.

I've avoided surgery so far, I'm keeping my fingers crossed and trying to avoid doing anything too stupid.
