Blingin Bec (Inspired by BMWJen!)

So, after ordering an ego-t kit from BMWJen on the classies about a month or so ago, I was inspired to bling out my gear. She was kind enough to "bling" one of the pvs before sending it out and I've been hooked ever since!! I just wanted to share some of the bling she inspired me to attempt!!! And I handmade the beaded lanyard.

Hahahaha! I hear ya! Keeping the hubby's paws off my gear had quite a bit to do with the inspiration to order a pink ego T!! LOL

Just completed my second blinged out Ego T pv. The zebra skinned atty is actually duct tape!!!! The glitter background on the battery is glitter tape that took 5 strips to cover my 1000maH batt. With all that cutting and lining up the back looked a tad messy so I just covered it up with pink flower bling. Overall, I really like the way this one turned out. The "lines" on the battery are not as noticeable in person as they are in the pics. Stupid cameras highlight even the slightest imperfections. LOL Thinking of making a skinny hot pink feather boa lanyard to really put this one over the top!

Very nice!!!! I love all the duct tape designs you can get now! So..... just get the little sparklies at a hobby store?? And hot glue?? LOL

I found the bling in the scrapbooking section at Michael's Crafts. I used super glue to hold them on, but I suppose hot glue would work too. This is sooooo much fun. I would've never been able to bling an analog! LOL
