Looks like the OP hasn't been back since this contest started.

I received an order confirmation when I placed the above order, but have received nothing since (shipping info). I also can't log onto the website (says credentials are invalid). When I try to recover my password it says my email address is not valid (even though I received an order confirmation with the same email).

Not looking positive.
