*Some flavors in the recipe have V1 or V2 versions. I have used both in various iterations to make this one. I haven't noticed a significant difference either way. YMMV...

Thanks for the tip. I have regular blueberry and I hate it. BB jam would be much better IMO in dessert type recipes.

I ordered the Capella Blueberry Jam to try it out. Should be here in a couple of days. I have been playing around with TFA Blueberry Extra & CAP Blueberry in a few mixes. I'm liking it @ 3/1 TFA/CAP in bakery atm. YMMV... :D

I ordered the Capella Blueberry Jam to try it out. Should be here in a couple of days. I have been playing around with TFA Blueberry Extra & CAP Blueberry in a few mixes. I'm liking it @ 3/1 TFA/CAP in bakery atm. YMMV... :D

I like a 2-1 mix of TFA Blueberry Candy and TFA Blueberry Extra. It comes out like a sweet blueberry syrup or compote. Very yummy in a cheescake or custard base.
