Breaking: CEI sues DOT over aircraft vaping ban

Appears to me that Congress is becoming more irrelevant every year.........Could it be because of the "Czars" that are appointed by each president?
I have always maintained that the only law pertaining to bans should state
that that all public and private entities should make there own policy and
publicly post said policy. End of story.
With the lack of state or federal direction that is exactly what is happening
here in Minnesota. Prior to to Ramsey county instituting a county wide ban
many places allowed vaping. Before Bloomington MN ban you could vape
at the Mall of America. There was exactly zero problems.none. Zilch. Goose Egg.
The biggest lie about vaping is it would offend the "general public".
This is untrue. This is a myth perpetuated By ANTZ and those who mistakenly
believe that vapers can not be polite and inoffensive.
Everywhere were vaping hasn't been banned like smoking people are working
out their own policies. They are getting along and no one is offended.
The majority of the people in the USA would not find vaping offensive nor
would be worried about being poisoned. Bans are not for protecting health.
They are for exerting control and influencing opinion.

They wouldn't except for the damn propaganda campaign that's been foisted on us over the last year or two..
IMHO the only ones that really pick up on this stuff are smokers,us vapers and,those
that like to rub it in if you are a smoker or vaper. I speculate that of the roughly 80%
of the population that does neither,95% would not care if vaping was allowed. They didn't
care when we could before the county ban. The general non vaping/smoking public has
there burdens to bare. They will go either way as long as everyone plays by the same
rules.
The dirty little secret is no vaping bans work and it doesn't cost the tax payer anything.
The only people that want vaping bans are those that benefit from them the most.
Politicians,BP,B-medical,the tax collectors and ANTZ. BT is playing both sides.
I know from my own personal experience the general public will not freak out because
they didn't here. They are not freaking out anywhere there still isn't vaping bans.

A positive ruling in this case could set an interesting legal precedent: That vapor is not smoke...
