RDA Building on a regulated mod

Hey guys,
I used to build on mechanical mods all the time until I switched to a tank (it's hard to drip and drive). It seems I forgot all of my knowledge on ohm's law and whatnot, I tried running my go to build from back in the day (28g kanthal 1.5mm dual coil) on my h-priv, but it's lacking all the flavor and cloud production I remember. I tried slowly upping the wattage from 35 up to about 55 but nothing really changed. I'm afraid to go higher even though it's a regulated mod. Any advice or an alternate build would be incredibly helpful.

What's your build resistance and what tank?

Not sure what tank you are using, but if there is room, try building 2.5-3mm diameter.
More wick, more juice flow....

If you are running 0.26 then get the watts up to 70, I wouldn't go any lower at that.

And yes I would make the could s higher diameter, personally I never go under 3.0mm but use 4.0mm most.

How many wraps at 4mm?

If you want to stick with .26ohm, 28g dual coil, it would only be about 2 wraps on 4mm.
I'd get some thicker wire or go up on the ohms.

I use 24g kanthal, dual parallel,4.0mm Id, 7-8 wraps. Resistance 0.15 and wicked with cotton bacon. Just tinker til you find your build.
I vape at 130 constant, no dry hits, all good.
