Our Federal Administrative Court has ruled that e-cigarettes are a tobacco product. This means that it is illegal to sale nicotine Liquid in Germany now (because it contains pg and vg). The retailers hope, that the authorities tolerate the sale until the TPD starts at 20. may. Nobody knows, if this will work without problems. Import and possession is still legal. Finally the TPD2 is not our agony, but even our hope ?!
