BWB how to contact

I am having an issue with an order I placed 9 days ago. I have tried to contact them by replying to the order email and using the contact page on their website. I have tried each day since Monday without response or even a conformation email that the contact page went through. Any other way to get a hold of them.

I understand there are sometimes issues, I just don't understand the lack of response.

Hula I will make sure Deana sees this post. Im guessing they are not getting your mails for some odd reason as Deana almost always responds.
EDIT:
Im told it was a postal error. You should get it tomorrow possibly. Check your tracking.

Thanks, it does look like I suspected a postal issue. From New York to Florida to Michigan.

Still not sure why they were not getting the emails. I responded to the order email. Anyway all is good an merry xmas
