Can you identify this wick/head?

I got a grab bag assortment of odds and ends and as much as I search I can't identify what these heads fit. I have the T2, T3, Vivi Nova and just got an Evod. They don't seem to go to any of them. Have you used the clearo that these fit? Long wicks, long barrel, pointy metal at the top with a plastic piece underneath. Screws into something....

Looks like an excalibur head, can't say for sure though. I believe Vapors Choice sells them, not certain about any other vendors.
