When I was briefly a 16 year old hippy / street person in Montreal in the 60s there was a liquid the drunks bought called something like "alcools." If I'm remembering right, it had a higher proof than anyone sane would drink straight. Does this still exist? Even then, I don't believe one could buy it in the 'nice' neighborhoods.

I have no problem finding Everclear in my hometown liquor store in Alberta. I got a bottle of it for Christmas from my brother for thinning my juices.

Yes it does, just don't use too much cuz this stuff is highly flammable

Funny that you mention Ralph. I do believe that he quit drinking before leaving office.
