Canvape Support?

    Placed my very first order with Canvape...and they sent the wrong item. :(

    Do they have a support number to call or is it e-mail only?

    Kinda disappointed at this point...

    That sucks :(

    Only thing listed on the website is the contact form and email address, that I can see anyways. I used the contact form today to confirm something and got a pretty quick reply. This is my first order with them too.

    I will vouch for Wes through the contact form (he handles customer service) ... he has been extremely polite and helpful every time I have dealt with him.

    Do take in account, this is a very busy time of year for every online business and problems happen once in a while ... I am confident CanVape will sort things out for you.

    I don't readily accept that as an excuse. Read order, put ordered items into box, double check. Done.

    Sad thing is we are all human, we fu#* up at times. I'm sure you've heard the "in a perfect world" storey.

    They will take care of it. They always do. That's why they are the #1 Canadian e-cig vendor
