Ceramic Atomizers?! ...explain!

Unless it's Molybdenum Disilicide or PTC Ceramic, I don't see how that would work out... even so, I'm not sure it would be able to withstand the repeated heating and cooling. It would probably be PTC. PTC acts as its own thermostat however current only moves through it when it is cool, not when it is hot, so I'm not sure how you'd maintain constant current.

We'd need more information to go on to answer any of your questions. I have seen 510 atomizers with a ceramic heating element some time ago (might have been the AVA atomizers, I can't recall), though they didn't last long on the market as far as I know. There are also ceramic heating elements (google "vaping donuts" and you'll probably find them) for use in RDAs that have been around a while, but I'm not sure how widely used they are anymore. It wouldn't surprise me if there was a new ceramic option available now
