Charging

I have two chargers for my ego batteries,can't work them out,one the light is green until I attach battery then it goes out and light on the battery's stays on blue,the other one the light on charger stays green and battery light is out....I'm confused!! Can anyone help? Soph

If the chargers are by different manufacturers, they may act differently.

Generally speaking, most charger lights will be green by default. When a battery is attached, the light will turn red until the battery is charged and then return to green. See the below video at the 3:30 mark.

Concerning the batteries, again, it may depend upon the brand.

Thanks I watched and understand better but it's weird one charger is fine but the other the light stays out but it's still charging my battery because my battery is lit up

One of my egos will charge and the light on the charger will stay red and the battery light goes off (fully charged), on another type of ego I have the light will behave like it should and go to green when the battery is charged. Wonky, but works well for both.

In addition to the above, make sure that the contacts on your battery and the charger are clean. I keep a small prescription style bottle of alcohol on hand that is dedicated to vape gear. I dip a qtip into the alcohol, then "wring" it out to get most of the liquid out. I use this to clean the contact on the charger, then "dry" it with the other part of the qtip. I do the same with the battery.
