Hi, I see you changed your original from both in the same bottle, which I think will make it easier! 
I'd say for vanilla, try Nicoticket's Frenilla, for sure (for as long as it's still available); it's a big favorite for a whole lot of people, including me.
Chocolate is super subjective, so I hope you will get more input. I'm not a big chocolate user, but I like Halo's Belgian Chocolate. It's very strong for me, and I like to use just a bit to mix with other juices when I do feel the chocolate urge. To me it's like if you had Hershey's chocolate syrup, except the chocolate used to make it was from expensive high-end dark chocolate.
