Combo Battery Charger and USB "Hub"?

I've looked around a bit and have not seen any, but will ask anyway:

Is there a battery charger (eg: 18650) that also sports a couple-few
USB ports to charge internal battery mods?

Maybe there's a good reason I have NOT seen any. (?)

It's no problem for me to continue using a separate charger and hub,
but just curious if a combo animal exists.

The Luc 6 has 1 USB port.

eFest LUC 2/4/6 each have one USB out for charging external devices. I believe each runs off only one of the battery bays (LUC 2 & 6 I have as example).

I would not recommend this as a recurring theme as you would be stressing the life out of a battery (wall power 115v a/c is suspended and output power all comes from battery) with multiple cycles.

I sometimes use my single mech batteries (not married batteries) for external charging, but do not make habit of it. Will never get more than equalized output charge (~1/2 mAh of one battery).
