Hey so I bought a hana clone case for my dna 40 chip, fitted it all together and now I have an issue that when I screw a tank down fully it shorts the dna, it's only happening on my aerotank v1 now after I replaced the tiny plastic insulator with heatshrink plastic doubled up. But it seems as though what's happening is that the aerotank centre fitting is recessed into the thread a tiny bit, is there any way to reduce the diameter of the connector pin or raise its profile in the centre slightly, I tried (stupidly) to put a dab of solder in its centre but it wouldn't hold.

Are you using the 510 that came with the clone case? If so, I don't have any experience with these and I don't think they are adjustable. On the hana clones that I have built, I trashed the 510 that came with the enclosure and went with a FDV 510. The floating center pin works great for varying atty connections.
