cuboid 510 replacement

hi guys got a cuboid that needs a new 510 replacement several people have posted Use fat daddy but nobody gives clear enough information v3 v4 or do i got for a different altogether based in the UK as well thanks guys i got pages marked for fat daddy v4 and v2 varitube 22mm spring loaded advise please which one and What else do i need stranded wire ??? etc thanks
