So there it is!!!!!! 1 Corinthians 10:13!!!! There is a time and place for everything. This Scripture seems to be the one that people like to quote as: "Well, you know God doesn't put more on us than we can stand..." Here you are, your world has just been ripped to shreds and someone tells you that! I'm not saying to never use it, but be careful where and when you say it. A simple "I am so very sorry. What can I do to help?" is a perfect response. Give that person a hug if they will let you. Does that make any sense? I hope it does. I mean it in the kindest of heart.
